Client Acquisition is the primary arm that is responsible for prospecting and acquiring potential clients across various target industries in that region by offering complete suite of solutions for packaging - Design, Development & Procurement
Key Responsibilities Areas:
Data Driven Acquisition - Research, prospect, engage, and acquire new clients based on the regional go-to-market strategy and drive the sales cycle through complete adoption of our internal CRM and product platform
Optimizing Sales Cycle - Meet potential clients and pitch the product, solicit feedback and alter negotiating strategies based on the feedback with the objective of optimizing the sales cycle and achieving high client onboarding rate
Profitability - Acquire potential clients profitably and increase gross margin in the medium term
Value Engineering Projects - Work with the Design/Partner Development teams to effectively pitch design, value engineering projects to clients to drive sustainable engagement with new clients
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of sales experience (MBA from top institute is a plus)
- Excellent analytical skills with structured thinking and complex problem-solving ability
- Candidate should have previous experience in driving scalable B2B modern sales processes through tech enabled systems
- Fast learning, networking and researching skills, high energy levels, ability to meet defined targets, sound understanding of business principles
