Purpose: In this role, you will take charge of planning, executing, and delivering consulting projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and client satisfaction. You'll be the key point of contact for clients and partners, managing stakeholder expectations, resolving issues, and maintaining smooth project progress. Moreover, you'll play a crucial role in nurturing internal talent, leading teams, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

- Lead the daily operations of a client project while mentoring and developing each team member.

- Assisting with the analysis, creation, and application of business performance approaches, you will play a significant role in creating specialized solutions

- Collaborating closely with clients to guarantee favorable outcomes.

- Coordinating the advisory team, Associates to deliver strategy engagements

- Providing coaching and feedback to more Junior team members

- Taking a proactive lead on team and firm initiatives, including recruitment, training,

business development, and thought leadership
