Manager-Clearing and Settlements
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Execute Clearing processes (End to end) in a timely manner
- Download, Generate and transfer Data/ reports to Clients/regulatory authorities
- Crystallize obligations and carry out related activities for the same
- Code allocation to Custodians / Clearing Members
- Interaction with Custodian/SEBI/RBI/Exchanges/CCs/depositories for funds/securities pay-in & pay-out and other processes to ensure that trades are settled as per prevailing guidelines.
- Calculate net shortages and initiate required action against clients if required
