Manager - Clearing & Settlement

- Managing and ensuring smooth operational activities for Clearing & Settlement and Collateral Management as per Circulars, schedules & checklists

- Compliance to the regulatory directives

- Coordination with in house development team for development / automation of various processes and functionalities

- Conducting user acceptance testing for various upgrades to the systems and processes

- Ensuring adhering to the required service level standards for various processes related to operations

- Providing timely data/information to internal Department / Regulatory agencies

- Conducting training sessions for the team to acquaint them on change in regulations, systems and processes

- Drafting and updating department SOP

- Handling various regulatory, statutory and process audits

Additional Requirements:

- Candidate shall work in shifts

- Relevant certifications like MCCP / NCFM

- Ability to manage tight deadlines and work under pressure
