Scope of the role: The role would be responsible for managing and leading the marketing campaigns for regional focus markets in Kolkata, WB.

Job Profile:

Leading, planning, and executing regional marketing for Kolkata, WB:

- Drive achievement of brand topline drivers by delivering impactful 360-degree marketing campaigns for East Markets

- Own the Buyer acquisition strategy in the region, with a clear focus on building a CRM segment-based approach.

- Own the campaign delivery end to end including agency briefing, shoot production, content & concept development and execution

- Identify opportunities for relevant marketing interventions round the year to grow buyer/walk-in base through continuous engagement with regional audience

- Provide support to regional teams with topical content and creatives for all East Markets.

- Coordinating with Brand, Regional, Category teams during all campaigns to ensure right inputs for the region are provided on a timely manner.

- Also facilitate informed decision making by helping brand teams with competitive analysis, market forecast and risk assessment.

- Driving the stakeholder management during regular focused group discussions, Dipstick surveys and a high collaboration environment.

- Anticipate & identifying potential areas of research as per brand needs and converting insight to business actionable results for the region

- Being abreast with macro- economic and consumer trends; periodic reporting.

- Develop a better consumer & competitive understanding of the challenges in the region, identifying the triggers and designing market interventions that lead to improvement in brand scores / business.

Deliver Projects while managing internal & external partners:

- Liaison with internal stakeholders for understanding requirements and building briefs

- Manage agency relationships (both creative & research) & drive adherence to briefs, timelines and budgets.

The right person:

- 5-8 years of experience in core brand marketing preferably in the fashion/jewelry industry/ Retail Industry.

- Keen analytical mind with Strong influencing skills, able to build relationships with teams and stakeholders and collaborate well with them

- Strong networking skills and updated with the current trends

- With good exposure to all forms of research

- Good acumen for consumer understanding and willing to travel for research purposes

- Being an Independent Thinker.

- Stakeholder Management both internal and external

- Willing to travel extensively for Consumer research / Market insighting.
