Manager - Chilled Solutions & Equipment

Focus, Scope, & Impact :

This role drive efficiency and effectiveness - driving chilled availability to grow sales through the best possible placement and usage of Chilled Solutions & equipment This role sets the standards both for cooler placements to drive productivity and profitability and for asset control to drive assets utilization.

- Develop an excellent understanding of cold drink equipment options to identify and recommend the most appropriate equipment for each market, channel or outlet requirement. Deliver market improvement (sales, share, consumer base) through these equipment placements

- Design equipment placement plans to actively grow chilled availability in line with best practice & benchmarks and influence bottling partners to invest behind these plans.

- Design cooler placement guidelines to drive productivity, asset utilization, asset control RED adherence

- Increase chilled availability through placement of cold drink equipment as per approved guidelines

- Responsible for developing assets tracking systems and for asset control to ensure equipment tracing and performance norms

- Train MD'S/Sales force/retailers on CDE Asset control & CDE team on SAFE Installations

- Determine the asset control policy and ensure that there is Compliance to all CTS/CDMS Processes

- Manage the CTS database to drive its purity, data validity and usage

- Design the right tracking and publish reports across both compliance results and deviations

- Drive specific asset control projects such as RFID tagging and pilot registration and auditing in key units and along with vendors

Qualifications & Requirements :

- 10-12 years of FMCG sales/marketing experience or 3-5 years of data analytics experience & SGA experience companies

Communication Focus :

- Moderate Communication complexity : The incumbent is required to communicate with internal and external stakeholders across functions. Specifically internal customers are operations, brand, finance and strategy teams. Externally project based engagement is needed with bottlers/bottler commercial teams
