POSITION - Channel sales manager - General Trade - Gujarat
REPORTING - Regional Sales manager
REPORTEES: 2 team members
LOCATION :- Ahmedabad
Ctc - Upto 12 - 14lacs pa + variables ; depending upon current CTC, experience, interview status etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Sales budgets and profitability of the Branch
- Branch Liability Management thereby assuring profitability of Branch as per Budgets
- Dealer/Distributor management
- Handling Key Accounts Budgets and their performance
- Expansion of Channel Network based on Town wise gap analysis and Market share analysis
- Responsible for Collections
- Expansion of channel based on Town wise/market wise gap analysis
- Taking care of Branch operations and Coordinating with Commercial team
- Training of sales team on parameters like range placement/channel expansion plans/extraction/Interpersonal skills
- Planning and implementation of Retailer schemes
- Coordinating with HO on parameters like stock planning/designing of schemes/new product launches
Experience:
Candidates into relevant profile from general trade.
INDUSTRY : Paints, Consumer Durables, FMCG.
Area / Geography / Market Exposure ( current / previous ) MUST.
