- Responsible for territory mapping and identifying qualitative & quantitative gaps in Primary and Secondary channel and plugin the same with a clear plan for business delivery.
- Defining the channel expansion plan. Will be responsible to appoint and maintain a sustainable channel network that complies with the Route to Market strategy.
- Implementation of channel management processes and tools, Capability Assessment, Business Planning, Monitoring & review of the channel.
- Optimizing channel operation and capability to improve general competitiveness.
- Continuous health analysis of width and depth of distribution, its evaluation and providing analytical input and action plan to sales leaders in order to enable them for higher market share and profitability.
- Compile, Analyze and Publish weekly, daily analysis of key business MIS to identify opportunities through probable solutions to drive business.
- Giving regular feedback to the teams shall be an important responsibility
