Channel Activation Manager - FMCG / FMCD Industry

Job Responsibilities :

- To implement and track Trade Marketing programmes for retailers with commercial and marketing teams designed to increase sales and brand presence

- To carry out specific Trade Marketing programmes, respecting company commercial policies, company strategy with the retailers and brand equity

- To report sales needs and field intelligence to Trade Marketing Manager, commercial and marketing teams

- To monitor and improve processes to better link marketing and commercial activities

- To manage budget and ROI for his specific Trade Marketing activities

Key Deliverables :

- Annual channel growth strategy and plan

Key Relationships :

- Internal Stakeholders - Marketing, Field Sales, Supply Chain, Consumer and Market Insights

- External Stakeholders - Agencies

Requirements :

Education : MBA - Fulltime

Physical Demands (e.g. % travel) : Local position. Travel will be limited and need based

Key Success Factors :

- Analytical skills

- Retail mass experience

- Communication skills
