Manager - Change Management - Consulting Firm - Contractual

We are hiring for a leading Consulting Organization based at Bangalore.

Position: Change Management role

- 5-8 yrs in Change Management.

Looking for Candidates who is willing for a one year contract and are an immediate joiner

Role & Responsibilities :

A one-year Contractual profile with a leading consulting organization.

- Change and Adoption Manager for a particular Function or Cross Stream - they will be the main change POC with regards to the GSF transformation to drive, design, deliver, and stabilize the changes end to end.

- Analyzed current and end state of organization change, developing options and recommending new organizational structures

- Facilitated client and supported in developing change and communication strategy

- The individual will be working with a Transformation Lead and Delivery lead for a particular Cross Stream to design and deliver against a change plan

- These are stretch roles focused on transformation change and in a Cross Stream the focus is on scoping, designing and preparing the change to then work with the Functions to implement

- Scope and stakeholder management will be key, they'll be facing off to the leadership teams for their functions (C suite engagement and all levels)
