Title: Manager-Change Management
Role Summary :
- This team will partner with the transformation teams in Global Finance to drive change initiatives and deliver efficiency targets.
- Lead / drive opportunity identification for change / process improvement / transformation.
- Run re-engineering and transformation workshops for root cause & solution identification.
- Facilitate / solution identification.
- Provide requisite training on methodology as appropriate.
- Escalate issues / road blocks.
- Effective communication with the team members across sub functions.
Candidate Summary :
- Minimum a graduate in finance / accounting domain. A post graduate degree in Finance / Accounting or related stream from a reputed A class institute will be preferred.
- Process Re-engineering and/or lean six sigma experience required.
- Ability to think independently and data analysis skills.
- Exposure in process improvement projects & Running process re-engineering workshops.
- Experience and understanding of process improvement techniques / methodology.
- Strong communication, navigation and stakeholder management skills.
- Banking experience essential.
