Manager - Chairman Office - Manufacturing

We are looking to hire a sharp professional with business acumen working closely with the Chairman office

KRA's

- Working closely with the Chairman's office

- Assist in assessment of various businesses of group defining documentation for review process.

- Work on the operational excellence across business portfolio and enabling units within business to drive those improvements.

- Conducting relevant market and secondary research to explore new venues of improvement in existing business

- Benchmark best market practices and thereby give inputs to the leadership

- Conduct due diligence for new business opportunity

- Working on short and long-term strategy of group companies.-

- Communicate and engage with internal and external stakeholders

- MBA from a top tier management institute in India or overseas with at least 2 to 4 years of experience

- Candidate with additional professional qualifications (e.g., Chartered Accountant, CFA) would be a plus

- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, problem-solving skills, ability to generate deep actionable insights.
