Our client is an investment house that specializes in the promotion and incubation of greenfield healthcare ventures that address some of the most difficult global healthcare challenges. Through the use of the most advanced technologies and evidence based protocols, their ventures strive to make paradigm shifts in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and reversal of the most chronic and widespread lifestyle related diseases.

Ideal candidate for this role would have experience in Business Development in the US market. The candidate should have experience in setting up and scaling the business in overseas markets especially in USA.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Preparation of a market strategy with the Executive team on new country development programs to plan and execute roll-out of our services to the US market

- Identify markets and opportunities, prioritize markets and plan the roll-out

- Perform feasibility studies including partner alliances to ensure success of new markets including legal, local, government regulations and business setup process

- Property search management, coordinating with key channels like property developers, landlords, project consultants.

- Perform competitor analysis, plan and conduct financial analysis and technical feasibility of the site including location & catchment analysis of new clinic locations & negotiating, acquiring and finalizing new properties.

- Implement new standards, procedures etc relevant to the new market / country

- Be able to go from - insight to action- and actually start things up

- Involve in diverse areas such as production schedules, operational methods, processes, and establishment of procedures and practices for all departments

- Responsible for budgetary development and oversight as well as in developing and modifying processes to maximize the organization's financial return on investment (ROI) and to ensure that all financial transactions conducted by the organization are accomplished efficiently and accurately.

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of growth opportunities, both organic growth and acquisitions.

- Continuously innovate to surprise customers and build one of the best healthcare brands for Spinal Rehabilitation in US

- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations and other functions to meet customer goals.

- Build a very detailed micro-market strategy to achieve above and own end to end P&L for this

- Operate with a problem solving & analytical approach to break down issues and build innovative solutions

- Take 100% ownership of customer experience, NPS, revenue and EBITDA of US business
