Manager - Centralized Operations - Health Insurance Venture

We have one very urgent position in one of BEST INSURANCE organizations across the following location -

Base Location : Mumbai

Offered CTC : 10 lac to 12 lac p.a ( approx ) + incentives ; depending upon current CTC.

Position : Manager - Centralized Operations ( Health Insurance Venture )

Level : Manager

Indicative Job Profile :

Responsibilities :

- Should be able to understand the business at hand

- Should be able to document process flows, Standard operating procedures (SOP), Key performance matrix for the function.

- Draft operational metrics to track day to day business along with operational reports / Management Information system

- Build a team and training material for the team

- Basis process maps, give business requirements for the function.

- Along with business requirements, frame test scenarios and test cases. Perform User acceptance testing.

- Comply with all regulations as per IRDAI.

Requirements :

- Good educational background

- Proven working experience in Operations function

- Excellent intra and inter departmental communication skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Microsoft visio

Industry : Health Insurance / Life Insurance / General Insurance.

Note : Candidates who have had the experience of setting up a centralized ops team from scratch will be preferred.

- Current TEAM HANDLING mandatory.

- Currently, should be managing multiple branches.
