One of the emerging Bank is hiring Central Operations Manager with below expertise.

- Design and execute Process notes and Policies in line with RBI guidelines.

- Design Process flow for easy understanding

- Regular review and update of existing process notes and policies.

- Initiate training and ensure 100% participation.

- Design checklist for Branch Operation review for virtual audit and track completion

- Prepare monthly Audit deck and ensure closure of all audit points under Operation Vertical.

- Lead the projects initiated and mandated by RBI / Regulatory body.
