Role & responsibilities:

- Proficient in MS Excel formulas, Calculation Logics.

- Co-ordinations with various stakeholders.

- Health Insurance product understanding;

- Reconciliation of data.

- Dashboard preparation and presentation to management.

- To work as an Assistant Vice President / Manager for Medical Business Operation for Pan India & South East Asia based in our Global Delhi HQ.

- Dealing day to day basis with a big chain of hospitals Group or Direct B2C Consumer Market in Healthcare domain of Public health, Preventive Health

- The Job Role, designation & compensation Package depending upon your domain expertise, business execution expertise /capability as an entrepreneur mindset, single-handed

- Multi hat role and as a Team Leader to work under limited resources, and what you bring on the table with meeting deadlines, business target and commitment.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company or organization.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational processes and systems.

- Identify and resolve operational problems and inefficiencies.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in operations management.

- Continuously assess and improve operational processes and systems to ensure they meet business requirements.

- Experience in operations management.

- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Graduate above (preferably commerce graduate)

- Advance Excel

- Excellent in analytical, logics and problem solving skills.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
