Manager CCOE ON 6 MONTHS CONTRACTUAL (CHATERED ACCOUNTANTS ONLY)
- The candidate will lead and deliver key tasks in relation to month end close, financial reporting, analysis, Budgeting/Forecasting, Amnet, Amplify and Poster scope International (PSI) entities within the Global Brands workstream.
- This role will partner with the Finance Director, Finance Business partners & Management Accountants to deliver agreed tasks.
- As part of this role, the Manager will be required to be proactive, self-starter and work across a broad stakeholder group in Global Brands to meet Group reporting requirements.
- Manage month end process deliverables as per agreed SLAs along with ensuring delivery of quality & timely results to key stakeholders including analysis, dashboards, KPI reports and other key process metrics.
- Liaison with various cross function teams to ensure appropriate accounting.
- Align and manage Inter-company reporting across markets.
- Manage post month end activities relating to analysis & explanations of Balance sheet items like aged accruals, AUC-FAR movement.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements, set expectations, address concerns.
- Lead team (Management Accountants) in reviewing and analysing monthly financials, identifying inconsistencies and developing the robust processes.
- Work collaboratively with FD, FBPs, Controllers & Process Leads to resolve issues and future proof the process.
- Deliver forward-looking analysis and actionable insights on key metrics in P&L at Cost centre and Project level.
- Monitoring & providing solutions on the Forecast & Budget process, reporting and data modelling to analyse the movements.
- Drive / lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process lapses, offering best possible solution and implementing the same.
- Supports ad-hoc requests, Automation Projects, new system implementation (as & when identified).
- Aligning and reporting numbers as per Group Mandated Segmentation-Branding into BPC for Group consolidation.
- Be part of team's performance management and supporting the developmental needs of direct reports
Personal Attributes:
- Chartered Accountant with 7 - 9 years of post-qualification experience
- Minimum 5 years of Experience in financial analysis, planning & reporting roles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, across different regions and levels.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills and good ability to deal with volume in an efficient manner.
- A self-starter with ability to work well alone and with a team.
- Demonstrate high level of responsibility and commitment to the assigned activities.
- Agile and flexible to changing needs and adhoc requirements.
- Quick learner and strong attention to detail whilst combining with the ability to see the 'big picture.'
- Organized and able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Ability to 'think' and make constructive suggestions on ways to improve activities.
