Job Profile :
- P&L Management: Own the D2C P&L and responsible for Topline and Bottomline delivery
- Customer Acquisition: Drive acquisition for the channel at a cost benchmark, by working closely with the Performance Marketing team
- CRM: Working closely with the CRM lead, to define cohorts, consumer journeys and communication plans
- Sampling programs: Drive specific sampling programs for new and repeat customers to drive higher LTV
- Demand and Inventory Planning: Working with cross-functional teams for demand & forecast planning
- Portfolio Planning: Analyze industry trends, market competitiveness of products and SKUs, consumer requirements etc. to identify gaps in the current brand portfolio
- Product Marketing: Working closely with the Tech team, to understand consumer journeys, pain points and creating interventions to correct and improve conversions
- Merchandising and Promotions: Design promotional campaigns, integrate with the right merchandising and creatives on the website, along with specific NPDs like Combos, Festive Kits etc
- Coordinate with internal teams: Marketing, R&D, Production, E-Commerce, Operations to ensure smooth functioning of the category
