- Define the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy & segment marketing road map
- Define & develop Customer Acquisition programs
- Develop the Customer Value preposition including customer experience management
- Identify opportunities for new customer acquisition by expanding the base
- Analyze market shares across product offerings and derive strategies for achieving market leadership. Acquire high value customers
- Ensure customer delight and seamless customer experience across all touch points
- Align and brief the integrated Communicative teams to ensure that all ATL & BTL communication is in line with segment positioning & market strategy
- Efficiency & Optimization of marketing budget.
