Primary Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
- Assessing placement readiness of assigned batches regularly
- Debriefing students after interviews
- Coordinating/Conducting all placement preparation activities like mock interviews, career Mentoring, CV reviews, presentation evaluation, aptitude training, etc
- Mapping students to mentors for career guidance
- Taking mock interviews and keeping track of student progress
- Maintaining real-time records of placement readiness of students, objectively rating their skill and preparation levels in every facet
- Being a conduit between the Corporate Relations team and the students, managing
- Expectations and closing communication loops
Desired candidate profile:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- MBA or technical degree from a well-reputed institution.
- Understanding of the hiring process for analytics roles
- Good grasp of the topics tested in aptitude tests (Numerical Ability, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability)
- Good command over English language both written and oral
- Industry knowledge

- Very good interpersonal skills
