Manager - Capacity Building - Philanthropy Projects - Social Sector

Our client works closely with many leading Indian and global advisor in the social sector.

Responsibilities & Skills :

- This position reports to Program Head - Capacity Building

- Work closely with identified partners in designing and implementation of new projects under the capacity building vertical

- Help in end-to-end project management of promotion of philanthropy projects with desired deliverable

- Anchor collaborative relationships with ecosystem stakeholders

- Identify programs and partners for leadership development in rural organizations

- Help achieve goals of ongoing capacity building projects in talent and leadership development

- Create meaningful content for internal and external communication

- Organize round-tables, case studies and partnerships to disseminate ecosystems learnings.

- Good networking and relationship building skills to engage with various stakeholders

- Ability to evaluate project proposals

- Provide coordination support and assistance on on-going projects and related work

Requirement:

- Candidate should have 7 years exp. with min. 2 years exp in development sector.
