Job Description :
- Responsible for undertaking competency identification and competency mapping exercise for all functions
- Content development for different programs - Generic, CoE specific etc.
- Creating and implementing functional training plan using blended learning approach
- Working with service provider for creating contents for learning modules
- Identifying learning avenues where alternatives to classroom training can be implemented, designing and implementing the same
- Identifying learning needs through various sources including scanning the external market for understanding new technologies relevant to achieving company strategy
- Working closely with Head HR to implement various leadership development programs
- Responsible for driving behavioral training programs in the Company
- Identifying and developing internal SME's as trainer's for various functional programs
- Measuring the effectiveness of various functional training programs using effectiveness models
- Creating training budget for the division and monitoring the expenses on a regular basis.
Salary range : 8- 12 LPA
