Manager - Campus Recruitments - BFSI/BPO

We have an immediate requirement for the positions of Mgr- Campus Recruitment for a leading ITES at Delhi/NCR

Preferably from IT/ ITES/ Banking / Shered services

Education: Required Full time MBA/ Masters in HR having experience of 6-8 yrs with 3-4 yrs in Campus Recruitment/Campus Hiring.

Responsibilities include:

- Partner closely with key business partners to ensure successful recruitment results for campus recruiting activities

- Handling Campus Recruitment in driving India campus recruitment strategy and daily operations

- Lead and develop campus recruiters in their daily activities and individual goal plans

- Develop and maintain high level of overall Business and HR knowledge
