Manager - Campus Recruitment - KPO/ITeS

Job Description

- Responsible for planning and delivering the entire campus strategy for the Gurgaon & Bangalore locations

- Maintain a round the year sustainable campus relationship model across the pre campus, on campus and post campus phase.

- Actively engage with campuses and continue to build the brand as an employer of choice.

- Responsible for managing execution of all branding programs & engagement initiatives across campuses.

- Partner with the communications team and business to customize and develop employer branding material for use on campus.

- Will be responsible for delivering as per plan for the entire campus cycle delivery across service lines as per scheduled timelines.

- Will be responsible for engaging and maintaining the overall campus engagement across a wide spectrum of Graduate & Post Graduates colleges

- Responsible for planning, executing and driving existing campus initiatives and building on to more such initiatives as needed

- Responsible for working with multiple stakeholders across the organisation at all levels catering to multiple agendas and meeting demanding time frames.

Job Specifications

- Team management skills

- Strong planning & project management skills

- Proficient in MS office, proficiency with applicant tracking systems like Taleo etc.

- Strong networking and relationship development skills

- Knowledge of the local market, the business, recruiting processes, branding.

- Ability to prioritize in a fluid, fast paced environment on a need basis.

- The candidate should be open for extensive traveling. Around 70% of the profile would involve travel.
