Designation : Campus Recruitment Manager

Location : Mumbai

- Independently Builds and Develops Campus Recruitment strategies from the scratch.

- Re-launch and re-position Brand Image on Campuses.

- Co-ordinates with line Manager/ Category Head to understand the Requirements.

- Hunts for appropriate candidates by connecting and networking with various Fashion Schools and Tier 1, Tier 2 MBA schools for campus recruitment.

- Getting the Best slots for Campus Recruitments.

- Stays in Touch base with Alumni.

- Co-ordinates with Category Heads and Line Managers to be a part of the Panel for conducting Interviews on Campuses.

- Communicates with suitable candidates about the nature of job and openness to be associated with the organization.

- Handles End to End Campus Recruitment cycle.

- Handles the Orientation for New Recruits.

- Conducts the on-boarding joining formalities (collection of required documents & generation of access card) of newly joined recruits and introduces them to their respective departments.

- Prepares the welcome note of newly joined recruits.

- Co-ordinates with respective people / departments for orientation of new recruits.

- Additionally Helps up the competency skills on the existing Employees.
