Educational Qualification:  Prior Experience: 5 to 8 years  - The incumbent currently must be handling Campus recruitment role in any industry having good rapport with Leading B schools in India.   Responsibility:  - To Conceptualize and articulate Campus Hiring Programme in line with the Organization Growth plan year on year.  - Identify the Top accredited MBA colleges in the country and register them on approved Campus Placement list post screening the college accreditation based admission process and ranking.  - Maintain relationships with the various Campuses through various engagement initiatives. Build a 'Preferred employer brand" at the Institutes which Senior Management visit year on year through initiatives like Internships, Best practices sharing, Guest lectures, coordinate store visits etc.  - Identifying a point of contact from every college for understanding the need and expectations of students better.  - Initiate the Annual Campus drive in line with annual Manning plan.   - Ensuring sufficient number of panellists for the drive based on the number of students applying for campus.  - Conducting Pre placement talks and projecting the brand during the recruitment drive.  - Taking ownership of recruitment process during campus drive and ensuring the offered candidates join the organization during ramp up season.  - Partner closely with the key Business partners to ensure successful campus recruitments.  - Healthy On boarding process – Devise Healthy on boarding process for campus hires and ensures compliance.  - Work closely with T&D team during campus hirer’s reviews, Maintain records and share feedback to the Sr. Management team periodically.  - Maintain Campus hire prospective Role Matrix and suggest Functional Heads on final placements of campus hirer’s on respective roles and location.  - Handle corporate Lateral hire includes sourcing, generating database from various sources, interview coordination, offer validation, offer release and closures as per the defined Business TAT.  - Create talent pool for existing roles and 'critical to hire' roles.  - Build robust mechanisms to ensure quality of hires.  - Work on special project assigned from time to time
