Require a FEMALE Candidate From Premier B-School only (Batch Pass out: 2011 -13) for the Post of Manager Campus Hiring.

The Opening is for a reputed International Cosmetic & Beauty Company.

Work Experience: Maximum 3 to 4 years - with excellent HR domain knowledge and expertise.

Position reports to: Head HR (Talent Acquisition)

- Candidate must be open to campus recruitment profiles at least for the next 2-3 years !!!!!

Key Job Role:

- Campus Recruitment / Campus Hiring

- Campus Coordination / Planning & Coordination

- Managing all campus related activities

- Fostering symbiotic relationship with Campuses.

- Employer Brand Building.

- Talent Acquisition

- Manage all Internships / Apprentice Programmes.

- Conduct Pre-Placement Talks.

- Manage all Pre-Placement Interviews / The Pre-Placement Offers.

- Basic knowledge of Lateral Hiring /Lateral Recruitment as well.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Qualification: MBA - HR via Regular Curriculum from Premier B-School only (Preferred:Pass out: 2011 -13 Batch ).

- Relevant Work Experience (i.e. Campus Hiring): Minimum 3 - 4 Years

Candidate Must Have Excellent Command Over :

- MS Power Point, MS Word & MS Excel.

- Excellent Executive/Business communication skills.
