Manager - Campus Hiring/Campus Relations - Healthcare/Pharma/Mfg

Campus Hiring / Campus Relations:

- Will be responsible for managing the campus hiring Pan India.

- Build and maintain campus relations to support the campus hiring program.

- Build a strong brand image on the Campus to support campus hiring programs.

- Develop recruitment strategy, conducting preliminary screening and interviews, internal compensation.

- Benchmarking and discussion with candidates, reference checks and formulation of offers and contracts.

- Liaisoning with institutes for campus hiring and conducting pre-placement talk for facilitating the hiring process.

This role also entails designing, managing and implementing joining and induction program for the campus recruits.
