- Contribute significantly to achieving business goals by engaging customers through a variety of touchpoints and channels.
- Strive to make the chance for product cross-selling bigger.
- To achieve the corporate objectives, develop and put into action long- and short-term plans based on analytically verified consumer behaviour.
- Work with numerous stakeholders from different banks to develop campaign initiatives.
- Utilize the best customer touch points to increase throughput.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of campaigns with a range of stakeholders, including campaign operations, product, analytics, and marketing.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and regularly update management on its progress.
