Urgently hiring for Manager Buying for one of the leading e-commerce company in Kids Apparels

Location : Bangalore / Mumbai

Experience : 7 - 9 years

CTC : As per Norms

Note : experience in E-commerce sector is mandatory

Required Qualifications:

- Degree in Fashion Merchandising, or related field

- 7 + years of experience in retail buying and merchandise planning, preferably in the Kids category.

- Demonstrated success in driving profitable sales and margin performance.

- Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to interpret data to make informed business decisions.

- Proven negotiation skills and vendor management experience

- Ability to forecast trends and identify emerging market opportunities.

- Experience in assortment planning, product lifecycle management, and inventory management.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and influential skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, retail planning, and merchandising systems

- Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering compelling product assortments.
