Manager - Business Transformation Projects - Cognos TM1 - Pharma

This is further reference to an urgent opening for the position of "Manager IT (COGNOS TM1)- with A Leading Pharmaceutical Industry at Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Deliver TM1 COGNOS projects for Budgeting, planning and forecasting in the areas of finance, supply chain, production & distribution

- Understand and design processes, and recommend improvement opportunities around process efficiencies and internal controls

- Work closely with the project stakeholders to build a consensus on the future state of the function and secure buy-in from them

- Act as solution architect for TM1 COGNOS for Projects, Enhancements and Support

- Manage the vendors / partners / support teams; coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and location IT team. Manage user escalations.

Relevant Experience:

- Experience in the areas of ERP consulting, process improvement, cost reduction, budgeting & planning, inventory management

- Ability to interact with senior business and finance personnel - understand business needs and collaboratively conceptualize and develop solutions

- Experience with KPI, benchmarks and performance measures

- Knowledge of SAP

- Knowledge of software validation practices
