Job Description: Manager business transformation Business transformation lead is responsible for change initiatives within the portfolio focusing on delivering business value. Business Value Alignment - Ideate transformation opportunities and attribute the impact to business - Partner with IT Portfolio Leads/Product Owners to develop and review business cases, linking business benefits to IT investments - Build Complex user journeys spanning products and deliver with surreal experience - Engage with internal teams to derive specific business outcomes - Have ability to think & validate features incrementally (continuous improvement) Transparency, Metrics, & Risk - Assess and report the health of deliveries with objectivity, accuracy, and transparency - Oversee the creation, review & reporting of key metrics & portfolio budget - Predict and identify risks/opportunities from inter dependencies of deliveries across portfolios - Ensure that appropriate stakeholders are engaged in risk identification and mitigation Team Leadership - Promote the pace and energy within the team and lead by example - Strong commitment and support for the success of the team and it's outcomes Competencies/ Skilled desired for the role: - Able to communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences - Strong ability to design and implement dashboards; ability to analyze data and present it in a way that tells a story - Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse leaders - Comfortable with ambiguity, can handle the unexpected with flexibility
