Job Title: Manager- Business Transformation - BPO/KPO/Consulting   Job Location: Gurgaon  About our Client:  A global firm providing specialized financial services to consumers and property owners across US, Europe and Oceania.  Job Responsibility: -  Reporting to AVP - Business Transformation You would be responsible for: -  - Providing process improvement & project management solutions to business users & clients spread across different geographical locations.  - Working on large business transformational projects & creating value for different business lines   - Heading enterprise level initiatives for process improvements or redesigning of current structures and processes using different techniques coordinating with multiple cross-functional project teams.  - Managing end to end project delivery; supporting top management in analyzing.
