We are looking for a Manager- Business Transformation for a BPO client with a global presence based at Gurgaon.

Job Details :

Location : Gurgaon

CTC : Best in the Industry

Department : Business Transformation

Education : Graduate

Experience : 7-9 years of which 3-4 years in process improvement roles, Lean Six Sigma Black belt Certified Mandate

Shift : 2 pm - 11 pm, 5 days, Cab Available for Female / INR 4500 deduction for Male

Desirable Skills :

Advantage to have: Exposure to Collections/ Recovery BPO operations, Sales BPO Operations exposure 2+ years of diverse external management consulting experience

Technical Skills :

- Data mining & Analysis, Project Management, Process Reengineering, Lean tools, DMAIC Project Mentoring, Statistical analysis tools like Minitab/JMP

Preferred - Exposure to Collections/ Recovery BPO operations, Sales BPO Operations exposure

PC Skills :

- Strong proficiency in MS Office ( including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint)

Role Definition :

- Reporting to the AVP of Business Transformation, the 'Manager - Business Transformation' is responsible for delivery of process improvement and project management/oversight services to the assigned business(es), globally. Would be expected to operate independently as a strong internal consultant for assigned high impact business projects that create transformational value for the aligned business lines and the enterprise.

Principal Responsibilities :

- Leads enterprise level initiatives to address the improvement or redesign of current structures and processes. Works independently with and leads multiple cross-functional project teams to help redesign business processes using proven techniques.

- Provides consultative process management and facilitation services to business partners during the course of project delivery. Leverages business context to analyze, influence and improve complex business models. Employs proven tool & methodologies for assessing and documenting business processes.

- Designs solutions using rigorous process improvement and change management methodologies. Identifies implications of proposed solutions on people, processes, technology, strategy and structure

- Adept at working independently with executive level leaders to develop and implement business processes, policies and procedures. Communicates regularly with business line leadership, project teams and key stakeholders regarding project status and opportunities for additional initiatives.

- Conducts assessments as needed or requested to identify opportunities for ensuring optimal organizational and process

Other Skills :

- Strong working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools, Statistical analysis tools like Minitab/JMP, Process modeling techniques, MS Visio.

- Excellent planning, organizing, logical reasoning and analytical skills.
