Key Skills

- The major areas for a Senior Manager -will include:

- Development of detailed program plans for deployment, finalization of countries based on a criterion, defining milestones for country deployment, identifying team required for country deployment.

- Development of country deployment templates required for identifying the gaps between current state and future state

- Strong stakeholder management skills are necessary, this role will interact with Area and country leaders.

- Work closely with the centralized delivery team to create a transition plan from country to centralized teams.

- Work closely with the Change Manager to assess the change impact for countries

- Responsible for tracking progress and reporting against key deliverables, and additional activities related to country deployment

- Responsible for highlighting risks and creating mitigation plans.

- Skilled to navigate within the complex matrix structure of Business,

Must Have for the role:

- 15 years of experience in Project management

- Expertise in relationship building with different roles and level in the organization

- Institutional knowledge of Tax business would be an added advantage
