Roles and Responsibilities:
- Focus on top impactful areas for implementation and execution working in conjunction with responsible stakeholders resulting in maximizing revenues, optimizing cost and increase profits.
- Problem-solve together with key stakeholders by challenging the status quo, present best practices and benchmark us across work streams. Focus on increasing effectiveness and enhance productivity.
- Design a playbook for an implementation plan with clearly defined timelines with complete focus on end results.
- Drive program management of the overall transformation project with robust action trackers to increase accountability on deliverables leading to a strong governance structure.
- Create a transparent review process that captures benefits and impact of initiatives regularly and accurately.
- Create and reinforce transformation culture on a constant basis by using formal and informal communication channels. Resulting in validating and perpetuating a continuous transformation mindset and culture.
- Turn out of key data insights by working heavily on large volumes of data on excel and macros
- Assist in the development of new reports and metrics as well as enhancements to and support of existing metrics.
- Generation of reports on Monthly/Weekly basis using Power point presentations.
Desired Candidate's Profile:
- Candidate should be an engineer with post-graduation degree from tier2 institutions with a confident personality and a pleasing disposition
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in market research, data analytics, business transformation
- Strong inclination on data
- Understand the tech systems (technology savvy) so that he/she can pull the data directly from system and to convert it to meaningful information
- Exceptional data mining and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and communicate business transformational vision that inspires and motivates team and aligns with the future business strategies
- High level of personal integrity, as well as the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and show an appropriate level of judgment and maturity
- Enjoys multiple tasking, strong business and financial acumen and anumbers champion
- Ability to work in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible, smart with strong analytical, interpersonal s and presentation skills
