Responsibilities - Managing team leads and business analysts, providing direction, and managing project timelines. - Ability to operate effectively, and with a sense of possibility, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems on new client onboarding or custom development projects - Building partnerships and working collaboratively with Clients, Solution Architects and Development teams to meet shared objectives of a new client onboarding - Planning and prioritizing BSA work of self and team to meet commitments aligned with client delivery dates - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm Qualifications - Must have a minimum of 4+ years working as a people manager and leading a team of business analysts. - Must have played the role of a business analyst - Must have experience of working directly with the customer and manage expectations of multiple stakeholders. - Able to assemble, analyze and evaluate data and be able to make appropriate and well-reasoned recommendations and decisions to support the business and project teams - Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint.
