Manager - Business Strategy - BFS Domain - IT Firm

Position : Manager-Business Strategy (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role :

- This role is in the Banking and Financial Services Technology Domain

- Conduct market research and analysis, including market sizing, customer segmentation, industry ecosystem mapping

- Development of competitive intelligence and analysis on industry players

- Conduct research and analysis in evaluation of potential acquisitions, partnerships, investments, licensing and other strategic growth opportunities

- Support new market entry and growth strategy development

- Support and develop quantitative models for market opportunity analysis related to business development activities as required

- Own multiple research projects end-to-end

- Organize cross-functional, cross-BU teams and drive strategy work

- Leading and mentoring direct reports and junior staff

- Gain knowledge and provide insights on specific businesses and markets

- Remain current on industry trends, competitors and best practices

Requirements :

- MBA (Premier Institute) with 4-8 yrs of experience

- Experience in corporate strategy or business development functions

- Candidates who have worked in Strategy Consulting firms will be preferred

- Extensive experience in Market Research/ Market Intelligence in the Financial Services and Technology Industries

- Experience managing subordinates

- Having experience related to the Banking, Financial Technology or Payments industry preferred

- Experience of preparing presentations and presenting to senior executives

- Must be a Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint power user
