Our Client is a leading Securities and Broking firm needs a Manager, Business Resource Group - Equity Relationship Services (ERS) for their Mumbai Office (Western Suburbs).
Job Description:-
- Responsible for developing & monitoring strategy to sell Equity & Derivative Advisory services
- Playing an active role within the department, leading and motivating business teams to achieve their desired outcomes.
- Making certain that employees are following internal compliance guidelines
- Ensuring that all department employees are properly registered and conduct regular training and education programs to keep them updated
Key Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for reviewing data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments.
- Design analytical reports, market research projects & MIS for senior management to assess customer attitudes and business trend
- Responsible for providing the business team with the necessary expertise & tools to enable them to generate business. This involves promotional material, product training and MIS.
- Responsible for monitoring and coordinating compliance activities of business teams in line with organization policies
- Plan communication and training programs to help employees understand their roles in compliance.
- Act as point of first reference for all business related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in other departments to address any issues that may arise.
- Close liaison with the regional offices
- Responsible for preparing business forecasts, and constantly monitoring business performance across various parameters
Educational Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business management or another related field of study. MBA's will be preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of finance and marketing
- Good knowledge of laws and regulations related to stock markets
Skills and Experience Requirements:-
- Four to Six years of experience in a finance or management role
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to inspire fellow team members
- Strong communication skills and ability to persuade others to adhere to standards.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze financial data and predict future costs, revenues and profits.
- Flexibility to travel regularly to regional offices and in order to meet with customers
