Manager - Business Research/Secondary Research - Financial Services

An exciting opportunity to utilize your varied experience to mentor and guide the team through the entire projects in Strategic or business Research, Providing Insights, Preparing Reports,etc. You would be managing multiple stakeholders.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Delivering insights/research/analytics of higher quality and relevance to drive business strategy and growth by assisting stakeholders/consultants with meaningful research/analysis, white papers, publication in industry periodicals and marketing collateral across sectors.

- Building specialized understanding of related sector markets globally (size, market and cost structure, competitive intelligence, trend etc.) Executing & delivering high quality research solutions to global clients and managing research teams. This includes understanding project specifications, overseeing deliverable preparation and extensive client engagement.

- Managing multiple projects at the same time.

- Working with internal senior stakeholders to generate ideas for new business development. Provide hands-on execution support in running BD campaigns, preparing and pitching in proposals,creating marketing collaterals and attending client meetings

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

- Graduation/Post graduation degree with 7 to 10 years of experience in industry/ country/ business/ market/ financial research.

- High proficiency in advanced skills in MS office (excel preferred) and various databases like Bloomberg, Factiva, one source, etc.

- Exceptional communication, inter-personal and analytical skills with a team management experience.

- Workflow management skills- managing multiple projects & deliverables simultaneously, raising flags for judicious resource utilization, allocating and scheduling work streams

- Strong business acumen- should be able to correlate market drivers, challenges with impact on client or target companies, should be able to evaluate business risks etc.
