POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Candidate Profile:
- MBA's from top tier institutes.
- 8-10 years of top notch experience, preferably in research, or related areas such as consulting or analytics oriented jobs
- Experience/ understanding of working in the financial services domain
- Experience of working for Private Equity clients across a range of projects including Commercial Due Diligence exercises across sectors
- Modelling capabilities would be an advantage, but not a requirement
- Strong finance knowledge, writing skills, communication skills, ability to identify key growth driver challenges, regulatory issues, future trends, technology changes, manufacturing strategies etc.
- Self starter and highly motivated.

- Is expected to display strong theoretical grounding and possess the ability to multi- task and work on several types of projects / areas.
- Needs to possess exceptional writing/presentation skills (writing samples required) and be extremely detailed oriented
- Needs to possess strong project management, client management, leadership and people management skills.
- Should have an attitude to - do what it takes to fulfill client requirements- which could include working to aggressive deadlines, managing team issues etc.
