Manager - Business Process Improvement - Credit Cards

Job Description :

- Engage with stakeholders, process owners and understand 'As-Is" processes, operating structure, existing systems and technology and determine process/operating constraints and identify opportunities for improvements

- Assist in designing Go-To Process, re-design operating model/structure in line with business needs

- Drive regular cadence to review projects, remove bottlenecks and timely course corrections

- Enable facilitation of program execution on time and within budgets

- Review and stitch BRDs to ensure complete coverage - including supporting functionalities and processes

- Ensure pre-requisite for UAT(Test scenarios, test cases, test beds) and ensure all parameters of SOPs met before sign-off and deployment

- Engage with internal stakeholders - sales, product, credit/risk, analytics, compliance, operations and internal IT teams to ensure program delivery
