I. Purpose of the role:

- Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of organization wide audits and assessments

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

- Manage policy and process repositories.

- Provide PMO support to manage improvement/ transformation projects across organization.

II. Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:


- Advise, guide and monitor continuous improvement projects and ensure adherence to project and change management process of the organization


- Guide teams in creating project collaterals. Help teams conduct cost benefit analysis of their projects. On need basis, conduct high level analytics using tools like Minitab for determining, monitoring and improving key processes maturity

- Help analyse and report performance review reports of projects progress on periodic basis

- Manage end-to-end implementation of enterprise wide projects by liaising with business, product vendors, consultants and internal technology teams

Process Management:

- Maintain process repository by defining and managing norms for licence management, password management, user privileges etc. Ensure all departmental policies are linked to relevant processes and they are being reviewed periodically

- Help departments in creation of process controls and performance metrics, monitoring systems etc. Support departments in identifying process level operational risks, potential failure modes and mitigation strategies

Audits & Assessments:

- Ontime completion of all planned audits across organization

- Ensure smooth audit governance and ensure relevant stakeholders' involvement at various stages of audit -from audit commencement till audit completion

- Coordinate with auditors and auditees to ensure timely closure of audit observations

- Publish audit status reports to management

- Digital Transformation

- Help departments in implementation of new/ enhanced enterprise systems, to support organization level transformation initiatives

- Report progress/ status of various transformation initiatives taken up by Business Excellence team

- Application Management

- Plan, monitor and roll out various major and minor enhancements in enterprise applications

- Manage application level product backlogs

- Manage daily operations of enterprise applications , Laise with vendors and IT team, for Troubleshooting of business/ user issues, and to ensure timely maintenance of enterprise applications as well as the associated network and hardware installations

Qualifications:

- Engineering plus MBA from reputed B-School

- Overall 8- 10 years of experience

- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certified

Required Skills:


- Relevant experience in handling internal/external audits

- Relevant experience in project management and process consultancy

- Knowledge of BPM software like iGrafx, Visio etc.

- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint

- Excellent interpersonal skills: Ability to work with cross-functional teams including technology teams on project

- Experience in handling operations of enterprise level applications/ systems will be an added advantage
