Manager - Business Planning & Strategy - Real Estate/Construction Firm

Role & Responsibilities :

- Monitoring Key Metrics of the P&L, Suggesting action plan for course correction.

- Prepare look ahead business plan on monthly / quarterly basis research & plan.

- Coordinate to all HOD's to update plan vs actuals for key metrices of the business plan.

- Analyse market trends on absorption, sales price realization and velocity of sales and establish researched data on the same.

- Mapping current business process and suggesting improvements.

- Making management presentations for investors, consultants and internal review.

- Finalize monthly targets function wise based on annual plan.

- Research new product trends and competition data for various micro markets.
