Manager Business Planning

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Preparing the company's financial forecast model, including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow at consolidated and legal entity levels.

- Exploring profitable opportunities and reworking the business / finance models to achieve organizational and growth objectives; spearheading business process re-engineering initiatives.

- Leveraging skills in preparation of Detailed Business Plan for the company with inputs on Business Strategy, Product wise Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows and Capital Adequacy Ratio.

- Preparing business models under various scenarios for Capital Raising, Internal Management Analytics and Revised Estimates for the year.

- Maintaining the financial system used to track plan, forecast and actual data on a monthly basis as well as assisting the team in finalization and consolidation of the company financial statements on a quarterly basis.

- Interfacing with the statutory auditors and internal auditors during their audit assignments.

- Analyzing the financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions and providing Dashboards on the company's performance under various dimensions.

- Analyzing the detailed Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.

- Preparing various ad-hoc MIS which will include detailed P&L analysis.
