Job Purpose:   - The Business Planning and Analysis for various functions at Hyderabad Site is responsible for developing Functional Budgets and using financial early warning forecast systems for the function.   - This role provides financial and budgetary forecasts for the Business functions Global and Local officers for use in short and long-term company financial and budgetary planning, ensuring reporting system interoperability and data integrity.   - The Manager will also work closely with business to support their other operational activities related to broader finance functions.  	 Major Accountabilities:   - Work on developing a detailed budget/Latest Estimates and financial forecasts for use in Global and Local planning for respective business units  - Deliver Budget/ Targets in line with Global Guidance Letters: External Costs, Internal Costs, Personnel Costs, T&E, Own FTE’s and 3rd Party FTE’s per Location, Capex & Productivity.   - In collaboration with local Finance, provide on time and accurate Rolling Forecast, Reporting of actuals and associated variance commentaries to global finance BPA.   Drive continued improvement in Forecast Accuracy in order to achieve:  - Quarterly (3 Month Period) Forecast Accuracy of +/- 3%: Quarterly (3 Month period) Actuals vs. Quarterly (3 Month Period) RF, submitted in the first month of the Quarter.   - Monthly Forecast Accuracy of +/- 3%: Month Actuals vs. Month RF, submitted beginning of the Month.  - Ensure no surprises vs. LE/RF based on Risk & Opportunities management and proactive communication.  - Monitor, track and analyze various ongoing investments in the respective functions  - Provide periodic reports to Global and Local business Head/Finance Head with various in-depth analysis  - Proactively carry out value added analyses on financial data, supporting and testing information provided by Global and Regional financial officers  - Collaborate with financial control personnel to ensure consistent financial data reporting processes and results  - Drive continuous learning within the Business functions by performing post-implementation financial analyses on past initiatives and sharing results across the relevant groups/global counterparts  - Work on developing business case for new projects/expansions  - Represent Finance in various on-going project activities / acceleration build  - Continuous interactions with Multiple Global Business and functional officers to build and ensure transparency in Budgets/Forecasts  - Ensure consistency and interoperability between different financial reporting systems  - Key interfaces include: Business Head, CFO, FRA / financial control personnel; Local and Global Finance and business Managers, Legal and compliance  Ideal Background:  - Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance) from leading business schools   - Overall 5-7 years of post-qualification work experience of which 3-4 years should be in Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting  - Excellent analytical ability and presentation skills  - Strong Project Management skills  - Strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to clearly present financial data in reports distributed to Local and Global officers
