Manager - Business Planning & Analysis - ARC Firm

Reporting to Director Finance you will be responsible for-

- Contribute in 3 year strategic plan and 1 year operating plan process which includes working with distribution in terms of sales, sales metrics, product mix etc.

- Liaise with product pricing team to come up with new product offerings after taking into consideration the best interests of policyholders and shareholders

- New distribution deal pricing and commercials

Capital Management

- Provide financial and analytical support to all levels of management across all functions through reporting and analysis of operating results and evaluate performance

- Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
