Job Summary :
- Maintaining relationship with business partners
- Manage sales process and delivering on revenue & volume
- Execute campaigns and new product launches
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain superior relationships within Business partnerships.
- Own and manage sales process within Business relationships aimed at delivering on Revenue and volume across multiple channels.
- Execute campaigns effectively across multiple product lines and myriad sales channels like Online, Voice, Broking firms and Travel aggregators.
- Strategies and successfully execute Sales plans, effectively Manage RnR allocations, manage training of Partner sales
channels.
- Strategies and implement new product launches across existing partnerships.
- Lead new opportunities- Corporate Sales.
- Support the development of OneAssist by involvement in, input and ownership of specific work programmes essential to delivery of the operation.
- Drive own personal development.
Experience Required :
- 6-7 years of proven experience in relationship management within the Banking and Financial Services Industry (BFSI).
- Should not be currently working with the banks with whom we have existing partnership.
Academia :
- Management Graduate or any other another rigorous discipline from a reputed institution.
Skills, Abilities and Competencies :
- Hands on Experience with Voice channel- primarily Outbound.
- Strong relationship development skills and client management skills, exposure to corporate sales will be an advantage.
- A positive and structured approach to finding new business opportunities.
- Ability to cope with competing demands and multitasking.
- Strong communication skills-all forms.
- Capable of working independently.
