Position: Business Partner - Plant HR (Manager)  Location: Oragadam @ Chennai  Package: Maximum of 10 % Hike From Current CTC  Qualification: MBA / MSW / MLM   Academic record should be more than 70% (in SSLC, HSC, UG / PG).   Languages known: English is necessary, Tamil or Hindi will be an advantage.  Responsibilities:  - Responsible to manage smooth employee relations at the plant  - Ensuring prompt & timely resolution of employee grievances, discipline and other performance related matters and maintaining cordial employee relations  - Actively participate in the various committees (viz., works committee, canteen) with the associates and bring about changes  - Implement engagement activities for BCA such as festival celebrations, etc  - Handling and coordinating with department heads for annual appraisal process  - Ensure implementation and communication of various policies & procedures in line with the vision & objectives of the company  - Provide reports to management team  - Ensure Contracts and Agreements are drawn in coordination with the Legal team  - Implement all statutory requirements pertaining to contract labor and monitor deployment and ensure business requirements.  - Verification and certification of Contractor / Vendor payments  Note:  If you are really interested for this opening, kindly reply me your updated resume (Mentioning with Percentage of all the qualifications).  Sheela.
