Role: Manager Business Partner
KRA:
- Manage the recruitment process of both permanent and temporary staff.
- Drive all company or HR initiatives across the region such as Performance Management, CSR activities,
- Reward and Recognition policies and all HR policies and procedures.
- Provide information to the Compensation & Benefits team on employee salary related matters such as LWOP, absconding, salary hold /deductions cases and employee separations
- Ensure smooth running of the Human Resources Information System and timely update of personnel records of the employees.
Education:
- MBA (HR) only from premier B schools
